so 09 has come to an end.It started off pretty good, got very rocky thereafter but ended perfect. Not exactly perfect with me losing my voice,coughing my shit off, and sucking 12 strepsils in a day, but health aside, it was perfect. Just how it should have been, with a smile, when the clock struck 12. They kept me going and I'm very fortunate to have them.

what a way to take a break at work

if the cough continues, i will soon be holding my throat in my hands which will be good in a way coz then i need not attend that oh lord so lame dinner. Only thinking what to wear pisses me right off!

so i woke up early on the very first day of work, got dressed, and spared time to camwhore. the smiley face dint even last two days.bleh!

and after my very first attempt of fish curry which looked something like the below i fell ill.God knows what went wrong there.

finally, i brought out my pig hair brushes to do some painting. I'm not good at it as you can see but i feel at ease when painting.

he/she doesn't let u?

I still don't get the whole idea of 'nah, you go ahead, my bf/gf doesn't let me go' concept. Like who is she/he to dictate your life. they don't own you, even after marriage and i think you have a right to do and go where ever you want to go. Unless they don't WANT you to go then that's a different issue all together. Maybe because they want you to spend time with them or so which is totally acceptable. But not LETTING you go is just wrong!

Few weeks back i invited a friend to join me for a show and she was super duper excited about it. Later that night she rings my door bell and tells me her bf dint like the idea and dint let her go. I just smiled and said.'ah..no worries, if you don't want to join is fine but just incase you change your mind do let me know'. Later i thought to myself, like what the fck man!If you want to go then just go lar!!who cares about what he wants, you have a life of  your own!!! I do not believe in asking permission. maybe because that was how i grew up. I never asked my parents for anything but just told them/ inform them that i was heading somewhere or needed something. But if they'd give me a good enough reason to not let me go, then i wont. and i am also lucky to have had exs who never tagged behind me and monitored my every move.

You may think it's all lovey dovey to dance to his/her tunes now but when things get more serious like when your married, he/she would be so used to controlling your life and then it would be too late for you to turn back and chnage things.

Man if i had a man who told me what to do, where to and not to go without a valid reason, i would show him the finger and say 'fuck off!!'
